I have never seen this particular model Ingraham clock before, but will try to find it and let you know. There were hundreds of models made.

It is a type of tambour mantel clock probably from around 1920. This type is usually worth aroune $250 - $300 in antique stores if running.

You can purchase a pendulum for this clock at www.timesavers.com for around $4.00 plus shipping.
