Have a big round westminister-whittington chime clock that chimes an hour ahead of actual time. I have taken battery out for 24 hours, etc. The clock is a big round with glass front and trimmed with oak wood. Can't get to the hands because of the glass. Don't know what to do. Please help!!!!
