Marble or Jade clock?

I have a Imhof carriage(?) clock. It is 3 1/2" X 4" x 2". Is is an 8 day 15 jewel swiss movement. On the back of the movement is ways "Lever Escapement Q 244.

The number 1610524 also appears on the back of the movement. It has a gold color face with Roman numerals and 5,10,15, etc on an outer ring on the face. It is very heavy and either marble or jade.

I think this because the color is green. It has a handle on top and four feet on the bottom.
Does anyone have any idea of the value of this piece?
