I recently inherited a New Haven mantel clock. It has the label on the back with the word, Timon. The case is made out of green malachite and is very heavy. It does have some brass ornamentation on the front. It strikes on the hour but although it ticks when wound the hands are not moving. Is this clock worth fixing? Can you tell me its approximate age? thanks for the help!
