Help me identify my Waterbury clock

This clock was handed down by my father, to him from his father. He had spotted it at work, in a coal storage room, and when the company went out of business, he had asked his boss if he could buy it. He said as long as you never sell you can have it.

He cleaned and fixed it up, my grandmother said it was around 1940s he had got it. The glass in front of the pendulum is gone, and besides that the clock cleaned up nice.

The clock I have looks almost identical, a little lighter in color, different hands, and the dial is almost identical except it has a symbol with a W&C overlapped a little below the 12 o'clock. any info on this clock would be great, Tia
