Broken Suspension Spring for a King Arthur Grandfather Clock

by JD Wendeborn
(Laredo, Tx)

I have a King Arthur Grandfather Clock with a broken suspension spring. Where can I find a replacement as the original company located in Alabama is out-of-business. I think the model number is 1151 or 1161.

Thanks, JDW

Check the model # on the back of the movement. I also have a Sir Arthur clock. Through a little research, I matched the model # of the movement to a Hermle. Hope this helps.

Hi JD,

You can try to find the replacement spring for your clock at www.timesavers.com. They have a large variety to choose from and you can order online.
