Vienna regulator out of chime sync

My three weight chimes the quarter hour correctly but the strike of the hour is incorrect.It just struck the correct four gongs to record, the quarter on the hour at 10:00 but struck the hour as 1:00 {one strike instead of 10 strikes} How can I get it back in sync? Clyde
