New Englaqnd Clock Company, suspension spring

I am looking for a Suspension Spring Assembly for a circa 1974 Tall Clock. Where would I find parts, or should I just have one made up locally? It's not a very complicated part, 4 phenolic plates with 2 thin beryllium copper tabs and a dowel pin.
