NEC Grandmother wind up clock

by Tom Gilroy
(60013)

I own one of your clocks and it works (keeps time) but it chimes one ring short meaning at 10 o'clock it only chimes 9 times. What can I do to correct this? If professional repair is needed I live in zip code 60013 (I moved from NY). Thank you.

Note from Bill:

Hi Tom,

On most clocks, you can just move the hour hand to the correct hour. They are just friction tight and sometimes get bumped.
