Koma anniversary clock running too fast

I have recently acquired a Koma anniversary clock, I have changed the suspension spring, I think correctly, but the clock seems to be running way too fast.

After observing I have noticed that it can run 3 or 4 minutes fast at once.

Have you got any ideas?
