Key broke off in Ridgeway grandfather clock

I have a Ridgeway grandfather clock that was my mother's and I went to unlock the door and the key broke off inside the lock.

The problem is that the owner's manual my mother kept in the bottom of the clock is also locked up.

Please, if anyone can help?
