Hermle pendulum clock skipping notes when chiming.

My Hermle pendulum hanging clock (spring wound) keeps good time and chimes on cue every quarter hour. However, some of the notes are not chiming; the hammers of the two lower notes and the hourly chime are not striking the rods. How can this be fixed? Thank you, Nuala.
