Grandfather w/URGOS UW 3/15 A movement

I want to take the hands off my faceplate of my grandfather clock so I can clean the dial. The minute hand came off fine but the hour hand does not want to come. It appears to be stuck on the shaft. I don't want force it for fear of damaging the unit. Is it just stuck or am I missing something?
