Eight Day clock chimes only on the half hour

I have a clock that is an "Improved Eight Day Brass Clock" made & sold by E.N. Welch, from Forestville, Conn. After I moved the clock and reset the time the chime began ringing only on the half hour - not on the hour. Is there any way to get it back to chiming on the hour again?
