Early GE Revere westminster mantel clock

by Paul
(Glenside, PA)

The lowest note of the four chimes strikes dull/flat. Doesn't resonate. Just started doing it.

Westminster chiming clock
by: Adrian-Ioan from Transylvania

The distance between the hammers and chiming rods must be about 3mm when chiming and hour striking stopped and the hammers' bars must not touch the hour striking lift(the distance must be 0.5 - 1.0mm). Hope you'll understand, my English is not very good. Best regards.
