Removed the movement from the clock and it is made by Sessions. I have not seen one with daffodils painted instead of columns before.
No signs of hardware being removed.

Your clock is a Sessions clock circa 1915. The model name is "Casino" and it has a polished Mahogany finished case. The flowers are Marquetry transfers.
The clock may have had a top cornice with another transfer in the center, or maybe they made a model without this top.
