Westbury RIchmond mantel clock

Hello,
I have 3 or 4 vintage mantle clocks all in various condition of much needed repair.
Is there any way to find out if they are worth repairing?

The first one I have is a Waterbury, and the paper tag on the bottom reads ""Richmond""
It seems to have the pendulum, and the hanging part for it? The clock face is there, but the glass in the copper ring around it is gone.
No key and the back panel is missing.
Can anyone help>?
