Waterbury clock in a Case

I have had this clock for a long time.........don't remember where I got it from but it's really a nice clock.

It is made by the Waterbury Clock Company and it measures about 2 3/4 inches tall and 1 3/4 inches wide. It has four little feet it stands on. The top has a handle on it too. On the back it says PAT'D JAN, 29, 01; APR 11, 05; JUNE4, 07 and MAY 24, 10.

On the back it has winders for the alarm and time with some other movements.

It has a case that has a handle that goes up and down and a clasp to close the clock inside the case. The case meassures 3 1/2 inches tall and 2 5/8 inches wide.

As far as I know it doesn't work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated on finding what kind of clock this is.
