I have an E. N. Welch 8 day 1/2 hour strike mantel clock. I would like to know the approximate date of manufacture and the price I might expect if I sell it.

It is in good working condition but needs a little clean up on the outside and face. I have ordered a glass for the face and will mount that when it arrives.

Also, what would be the best way to clean the wood exterior surfaces and well as the face so as not to do damage?
