True Time Tellers To-Tem Alarm Clock

Tom-Tom

I know nothing about this clock, as it was recently given to me. It is a True Time Tellers To-Tem Alarm Clock, made by the New Haven Clock Company, USA.

I am attaching a picture of a similar clock, although the picture is a Tom-Tom, but it is identical to the To-Tem. I'd just be interested to know what year it is from. OK, and maybe what it is worth.
