Titus Bancroft

We have purchased a Titus Bancroft Sowerby Bridge longcase clock. The face of the clock is painted, and has floral scenes in the 4 corners with a small second hand in addition to normal hands.

There is only one hole on the face; however, two more "holes" are painted on the face??? The face material appears to be very old and has very fine cracks.

If anyone can provide information about the clock, it will be appreciated. Thanks.
