Seth Thomas clock found at my mothers home

Seth Thomas Model E515-003

My mother passed away a little over a year ago. Recently while I was cleaning out her belongings I came across an old clock. At least it looks fairly old. It is a Seth Thomas mantel clock model E515-003.

I'm in the process of finding out its value and age. It is a wind up type with a swinging pendelum in the back and does chime. However it does not seem to be working properly. The pendulum swings for awhile, but soon stops. Can someone suggest if it is worth fixing and if so where?
