I remember as a kid this clock hanging in the showroom of my Grandfather's/Father's rug company. I don't know if it worked but I assume it must have or they wouldn't have hung it on the wall.

The glass is cracked. I do not know if it works now. I am interested in what type of clock it is, where would it have been used and what is its value?
