This Self Winding Clock was given to my husband after his grandfathers death. It's a Self Winding Clock Co. clock. The movement number is 35041.

It does not work. Other than that, I don't really know much. It says "Naval Observatory Time - Western Union" on the dial.

Please help me date this clock!
