Not sure it is an antique clock

I know that the clock has a sticker on the back that says "Handcrafted at Agate Artifacts, RR#2, Spooner, WI, and that is about all. The clock is made of some type of clear molded substance, with agate stones embedded in the clear mold. it is very heavy and I cannot read the information about the clock works themselves.
