New Haven Mantel Clock (ca.1922)

by Joe Boyce
(Germantown Hills, IL USA)

Greetings-

Our mantel clock is designed to chime at the top and bottom of the hour. The clock will chime continually for 15 to 20 minutes after striking the top of the hour.

The clock chimes appropriatley when it strikes the botton of the hour. Literally there will be hundreds of chimes until the clock winds down on the chime wind portion of the clock.

Thank you for your time!

Joe Boyce

Strike
by: don

Joyce, the strike arm needs adjusting to catch the count wheel. The reason it strkes properly on half hour is because it strikes from differnt cam!!
