New England Clock runs fast

by Frank Cassell
(EDENTON N.C.)

How can I get my New England clock to stop running fast. I have tried setting it 5 or 10 minutes ahead, but it just catches up and passes until it is fast again. This is the second message I have sent you. Please tell me what to do I love my clock.

Pendulum adjustment

There should be a knob on the bottom of the pendulum that you can turn to adjust the speed of the clock. Try turning it to the left. It should lower the pendulum bob and this should make the clock run slower.
