New England Clock Company wall model chiming clock

My clock is 11 years old and has always run well. All of a sudden in the past couple of weeks it has been losing time (approximately one-and-a-half hours behind at 3 days after being wound and set correctly). I have tried letting it run until it stops, then winding again...but it still loses time.
