Hello

The clock has 3 winding holes and will probably play at least the Westminster chime and will have 4-5 hammers chiming on 5 long gong rods. If it has a total of 8 then you are very fortunate as it will therefore probably have a lever with a choice of at least 2 chimes or even 3.

The number you speak of is probably a serial number or manufacturer's number of some type, e.g. 2100 - might be the 2100th clock in that batch out of a batch of say 5000.

It appears to only have one hand and I'm sure someone like Timesavers in USA will be able to supply a suitable replacement, or you can have 2 new ones ordered to match.
