Wag-on-wall Clock
by: Bill

Hi Theresa,

This type of wall clock is known as a "wag-on-wall" clock because of the free swinging pendulum under the clock body.

Of course I can't tell for sure since I can't see the movement in the picture, but I am guessing it has a Hermle movement. Almost all that I have seen had German movements in them even though the clock itself may have been made elsewhere.

New England Clock Company made a similar clock in the 1970's with a Hermle movement. That is the last one I had.
