I have the exact same clock and it is a Model 9814. Clock Measurement: height: 23" width: 10" depth: 4 3/4". 30 Day movement Hand finished wood case with glass door. Manufactured in Japan and sold by Montgomery Ward. Not real sure on the dates it was available for sale.
Hope this helps you out and it is a very pretty clock but, the movement can be pretty troublesome if it gets dirty or the lubrication drys out. It has to be taken apart totally to clean properly and new lubrication applied. Main Springs are dangerous without proper let down tools and clamps so, best left to professionals else eye or other body parts my be injured.
