I purchased this beautiful Grandfather clock at a local auction. There was no information about the clock from the auction house. The clock maker's name is hard to read.

I recently had the clock taken apart for some minor repair and to see if there was an ID number. The clocksmith I used has been in the business for 30+ yrs he ws unable to find anything about it in his books nor has he seen anything like it. He did tell me he thought the clock might be Welsh from the late 1800's. The letters WG are burned into the inside of the cabinet.
