Ingram Black face clock

I have an Ingram black face mantle clock. The back board of the clock says Ardine, Patented Sept 1, 188? (the last number is missing).

The clock is running. When you open the clock in back the entire works slide out of the frame from the back once you remove the clock hands. Looking for information on what I have and what the worth may be.
