Ingraham Mantelpiece clock

I got an Ingraham Mantelpiece clock from a friend. It is missing the glass cover in front and is in fair condition.

It has a bill of sale taped to the back cover from 1971 when it was apparently repaired. The bill of sale says circa 1906 I have a photo.

I like the clock and wonder if is worth having restored.
