Howard Miller grandfather clock chime

Our clock was shipped to us recently, and as we set it up, we found one of the chimes in the bottom of the cabinet. We cannot tell if it broke off (the clock was not damaged in any other way and runs perfectly) or simply fell out. How can a chime be reset in its housing?
