Hermle 351-830 Brand new movement stops

Hermle clock movement

Hermle clock movement

Hi and thank you very much. If I lived near you I would just bring it in.

It was a gift from my father, so I fixed it up. It had been dropped a couple times.

It's a brass and glass Howard Miller with a new Hermle
351-830/75cm movement.

So far, it stops every 5 minutes or so. It runs very fast, even with the pendulum all the way down.

The original had a lot of differences like a taller bridge to hold up the pendulum and the silence chime rig.

This one looks very different, although it is direct from the Hermle factory.

Any ideas?
