Help me ID this clock unit

This clock was given to me by a friend a few years ago, he said it looked "industrial" and could not tell me where he found it. I just located it in my storage unit and would love some help IDing it since it has a 24-hour Patek-Philippe movement embedded in it and bears the name, "ATOMICHRON, INC." which I think was the first atomic clock.

Any ideas? I was thinking of listing it on ebay.
