Handed Down Wall CLock

Hi, when my great grandmother passed away I inherited her wall clock. On the face it reads Trend. On the back panel the model number says Sligh 0779-1-cl, movement 310-J03 and a reg.#145-106-1341.

On the directions for movement series it reads No. 310 side hammer and plays Westminster, St. Michael and Whittington. I have looked everywhere online and can find no information on it.

Can anyone tell me approx what it is worth. I am pretty sure it needs a little work but want to know if it is worth it.
