Grandpa's Waterbury clock

This clock has been passed down in the family. I believed it was a prize awarded my grandfather in a gymnastics contest. I grew up listening to it, and love the sound. My wife does not like chimes at night.

It is clearly marked Waterbury Clock Company on the movement.

It keeps good time when regularly wound.

Any ideas on model and value?

My Uncle was always trying to sharp me out of it while he lived.
