Grandparents Swedish clock

by Dianne
(Boonton, NJ, USA)

Unique antique wall clock Swedish/Scandinavian.
Wood scroll carving on top.
Face is gold/brass numbers/glass door, 22" HT from top of scroll to bottom.

Beautiful chime on hour and half hour. Wind it weekly in 2 places.

Horizontal Oval window for pendulum. Bottom is lovely, tapering down to the bottom in carved wood. Wood has a burled finish.

On the back is written Gustav Norman and carved the word Brio into the wood case on back.

Belonged to my grandparents and theey were told
it was Swedish. I want to find out more about it.

We are totally in love with the clock and I haven't been able to find any pictures of it in any book and have been looking for over a year.
