Found old clock

On the front of this little clock it says made in Great Britain. On the back it has engraved in it WF 1855.

It's made of metal and has a flower embroidery on the front covered by glass. It has two hands, but no hands to count seconds.

You have to keep whinding it up for it to work and it has a little knob to turn to set the time. It also has a plus and minus symbol with a little sliding piece that goes back and forth from minus to plus, but I'm not sure what that's for.
