Father's Seth Thomas Wood Mantel Clock 1969-1974

I have a clock given to my father who is now deceased. It was given to him in 1974. The following information is easily seen on the clock:

Seth Thomas Division of General Time
A Talley Industries Company
E899-273 Issue 4

From the company time line it appears that this clock may have been manufactured between 1969 and 1974. It will still chime when I tried to set the time, but it is not running. I am afraid to mess with it.

It has the key to wind it and three wind up places on the face of the clock. I am trying to narrow it down and maybe find out what it is worth.
