Seth Thomas Split-column Mantel Clock

Seth Thomas Split-column Mantel Clock

This clock was given to me by my grandfather. Inside the clock there is a letter written by my great-grandmother. The letter states who in my family the clock has been passed down too and if in case of death, the family would like for this clock to go to another family member.

The beginning of the letter states this clock was originally a wedding present for an ancestor in 1859. I would like to find out any information I can about this clock if anyone could help!

Seems I can only post one picture of this clock, but the inside says it is "Seth Thomas, Thomaston, CONN. WARRENTED GOOD."

Thank You!
