F. Kroeber Clock Company

We just bought a clock that is marked "F. Kroeber Clock Company, New York, USA, Patent Pending Oct. 9, 1894".

It is a porcelain or china clock that requires a key and appears to be a mantel clock. It is 10 inches tall and 8 inches wide. It is cream colored or white. Bronze colored face with roses.

We paid $25 at an estate sale. It appears to work. Is it worth taking to a clock maker to be restored??
