Dual number on face of clock.

I have a rectangular wall clock from Sessions Clock Company , manufactured by EN Welch Mfg.Co.
It has roman numerals on the inside and regular numbres on the face. Regular numbers go to 31.
Have searched net to try to find out how old this clock is and if it has any value??

My sister has this same clock. I found one on Ebay named Brewster. Still trying to confirm. The clock is supposed to have feet.
