E. Ingraham unfinished mantel? clock

I really don't know much about the clock. It was a gift to my Mother from a friend 40+ years ago. It's in need of a restoration.

I've looked at several websites but I haven't seen the exact clock though I noticed that it looks similar to an Elite but not quite. If anybody could tell me about this clock or how to find out about it and how to value it, I'd appreciate it.
