I think your clock was made by the Howard Miller Clock Company under a minor brand name. The clock itself is manufactured in the U.S., but the movement is very likely made in Germany by the Hermle Clock Company.
Both Howard Miller and Hermle are quality companies and your clock should run for many years.
They seem to bring about $200 - $300 when sold in antique and collectible stores although they are higher than this when bought new.
