Clock Adjustments

I have a Benchmark mantle clock. It has a Franz Hermle mechanism 2 jewel. The clock is running slow and their is no adjustment on the face of the clock. I see on the back side of the clock ,their is a plus and minus imprinted on the back housing. Can you tell me where and how I adjust the speed of the clock.
