Chelsea Shipbell Clock

I found my clock in a second hand store, loved it and have been learning more about Chelsea clocks. I liked it because it was so heavy and unusual.

It is in beautiful condition. Only the cord on the plug for it needs replaced, but it runs. I looked on the bottom and one of the numbers was 199576. I think that means it is from the 1930's. There were some other letters and numbers etched in by hand on the bottom too.

I don't know what the name of this clock is. It says made in France on it. Would love to know more.
