Ingraham "Cody"
by: Eric

Hi, the case looks like a c.1915 E. Ingraham model named "Cody". However, the dial, hands, bezel, and position of the regulating hole in the 12 are not consistent with an Ingraham clock. Look for extra mounting holes around the movement, you probably have a marrage of two clocks.
